FAQ

Questions about our products
Teether Pacifier clips:
How do I attach the pacifier clip to a MAM pacifier?
To attach the pacifier clip to a MAM pacifier, please use the included adapter for MAM pacifiers. If you need more help, please send us on email at customerservice@jomolly.com.

How do I attach the pacifier clip to a soothie?
To attach the pacifier clip to the soothie you open up the snap and press the snap through one of the holes of the soothie, even though it looks small it should be possible to stretch. Once you get the snap through the hole you should be able to close the snap and that is it.
The super soothie is less flexible and can be too hard to do this with, but if your soothie has an almost flat part sticking out from the back, it should be possible to attach the soothie with the included adapter for MAM pacifiers. If you need more help, please send us on email at customerservice@jomolly.com.

Car window shades:
How do I put the suction cups on to the sunshade?
You press on the back of the top of the suction cup so that the front top opens slightly. Then while keeping the pressure, you put the frame of the sunshade into the opening of the suction cup and release the pressure.

What is the best way to make sure the sunshades stick securely to my car window?
The best way to make your sunshades stick securely to your window is to gently moisten each suction cup before firmly pressing them to a clean car window. Keep the pressure for a couple of seconds and make sure you don't press from an angle.

Should the animals be facing the inside or the outside of the car?
In terms of sun protection it doesn't really matter which way you put the sunshades, but we recommend that the animals face the inside of the car to give you and your child the best view.

One of my suction cups looks pinched. What can I do to fix that?
Suction cups can get pinched in shipping and to fix that problem yourself you can place the suction cup in a cup of hot water for a few minutes, then stick to a window surface until cool. It should then regain the proper shape.

My suction cups is sticking hard to my window. What is the best way to remove them?
The best and easiest way to remove the suction cups from your window is to carefully pull upwards on the back string like part of the suction cup.

Can I place these sunshades on my front passenger side window?
It depends on the law in your state. Please check before you do, we don't want you to get a ticket.

How do I store my sunshades when I am not using them?
The best way to store your sunshades when you do not use them is to flip and fold them both together and put them into you bonus bag. Also put your suction cups in the bag to make sure everything is ready when you want to install them again. Be careful when you close the zipper, put a finger between the zipper and the sunshades when closing the bag so that the zipper doesn't damage them.
